Chere' Irwin
Chere' Irwin founded Focused Business Solutions in 2015, creating innovative and individualized solutions that yield the highest level of customer satisfaction. Chere' enjoys creating and nurturing personalized relationships with her clients and especially enjoys learning about her clients' varied industries. She is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor with over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial services. Outside of work, Chere' is an avid fiction reader, loves to unwind by cooking, and is always working on a home improvement project.

Savannah Mitchell
Savannah has been a bookkeeper with Focused Business Solutions since 2018 and maintains a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification. She graduated with her B.A. from San Diego State University. Her goal is to exceed her clients' expectations and to provide them with peace of mind. She enjoys collaborating with clients to find creative, customized strategies which address their unique financial and organizational needs. During her off time, Savannah can be found adventuring in Europe with her husband and daughter, and embracing her inner foodie.

Heather Lancaster
Heather Lancaster joined the team in 2023. With a keen eye for details, Heather ensures accuracy in her work while providing excellent service. She loves to watch her clients' businesses flourish and aims to understand where they started and their goals for the future. Heather obtained an Associate’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and maintains a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. When she is not organizing financial transactions, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her family and is always playing chauffeur to her two daughters.​​​

Mikayla Hutton
Mikayla Hutton joined the team in 2025 and maintains a QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. She obtained her A.A.S. in Accounting and her B.S. in Management and Leadership and Business Administration. Mikayla’s passion for numbers combined with her meticulous and dedicated nature drive her to ensure each client is provided with the utmost care and attention. She strives to build strong relationships with her clients ensuring their needs are met and goals are surpassed. In her personal life, Mikayla loves building memories with family while helping her twin daughters explore the world and grow.
